Shauna Use our professional tool to create and manage your event. We will then send invites to your group that you can manage online or we can provide you with a link that you can put on your website or email generator.

Shauna When creating your signup, you have the option to be notified. The default is on, but you can change it at any time.

How can my group be reminded of their sign ups?

Shauna Individuals in your group will receive an email and/or text prior to their sign up date. As the administrator, you can specify how many days in advance they should be notified.

Shauna Our tools are very easy to use. Sign up creators can sign up others as necessary. Automated email notifications and reminders ensure no one forgets.

Shauna Definitely! The biggest advantage is anyone can sign up online 24/7. If their plans change, they can easily change their sign up and you're notified.

Shauna Yes. On your online sign up sheet there is a "Contact Me" link. You will then receive an email with their information.
